Giannina Berreby brings over 35 years of experience in the field of Private Banking & Wealth Management, as well as in tax and succession planning. She graduated in business management with a specialization in economics from New York University and embarked on her career in 1988 with Crédit Lyonnais Panama. In 1990, she moved to Basel and worked for Crédit Lyonnais Basel, serving the Benelux clientele.
In 1992, she joined Coutts & Co Zurich as a wealth manager for the Latin American department. In 1997, she transferred to Coutts & Co Geneva as a Senior Client Relationship Manager with the title of Vice President, responsible for the Latin American, Spanish, and Portuguese desks.
By the end of 1999, she worked with Compagnie Bancaire Genève, now known as Société Générale Private Banking Suisse, as Vice President and Senior Manager, leading the Latin American desk. Finally, in 2001, she joined Geneva Asset Management Sàrl and co-founded Geneva Asset Management SA, now Geneva Asset & Wealth Management SA. She significantly expanded the company and eventually became its CEO and Chairman of the Board. In this capacity, she heads the Executive Committee and, in addition to her activities as Asset Manager, coordinates the implementation of the Company's strategy and, more broadly, that of the Group.
Giannina Berreby is proficient in French, English, Spanish, Dutch, and German, and she also has a good command of Italian and Portuguese.
